Thank you for shopping with Mon Serrai. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

Ready-made pieces are available within 24 hours. Delivery or collection timing is arranged separately.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for delivery or pickup, and you'll be contacted to arrange a suitable time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods are shown at checkout. Delivery times are arranged with you once your order is ready.

Shipping costs

Delivery is available within Antigua for a small fee. The delivery charge is shown at checkout. Collection is also available from our home studio in Antigua.

Shipping destinations

Delivery and home-studio collection are available in Antigua only. We do not ship outside Antigua.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
